A 29-year-old man has been charged with stunting after he was clocked travelling 154 km/h in an 80 km/h zone in Chester, N.S.,

The Nova Scotia RCMP say an officer noticed the driver travelling at a high rate of speed Sunday just after 2:30 p.m. along Highway 14.

Police suspended the man’s driver's licence indefinitely at the time of the traffic stop. His vehicle was seized afterwards.

The Italy Cross, N.S., man is facing charges of stunting and driving while suspended. The fine for stunting is $2,422.50.
