N.S. RCMP investigating after hundreds of dollars worth of lobster stolen in Stonehurst

The RCMP is investigating the theft of lobsters from a property in Stonehurst, N.S.

Police responded to a report of lobster traps being tampered with and stolen lobsters valued at roughly $300 on South Side Road around 4 p.m. Thursday.

Police say the theft happened during the overnight hours between Wednesday and Thursday.

Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact Lunenburg District RCMP at 902-634-8674 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
