A 41-year-old man from New Glasgow, N.S., is facing voyeurism charges after he allegedly recorded staff members in a medical centre washroom.
New Glasgow Regional Police say they made the arrest Tuesday at 10:20 a.m. following a nine-month investigation.
Police say the original incident happened in the staff washroom of the Westside Medical Centre, where the suspect was allegedly using a recording device.
The man has been released from custody on strict conditions and is scheduled to appear in Pictou provincial court on Dec. 5 to face the voyeurism charge.
