A 21-year-old Pictou, N.S. man is facing charges of luring a child and invitation to sexual touching.
New Glasgow Regional Police arrested the man around 11 a.m. Monday and seized cellphones in connection with the investigation.
The man was released on strict conditions and is due to appear in Pictou provincial court on Dec. 5.
Police say the accused may face additional charges as they continue their investigation.
