RCMP have confirmed that one person has died in an apparent shooting at a home in Enfield, N.S.
Enfield RCMP say they responded to a home on Stage Road at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday, where they found a person who had suffered a gunshot wound.
The person was alive when emergency responders arrived, but died at the scene, police say.
Police suspect foul play.
RCMP have not confirmed whether anyone has been arrested in connection to the death, but say witnesses are currently being interviewed.
Police say at this time they are not releasing any details about the victim, including their gender.
