CENTRE RAWDON, NS – After three days RCMP are wrapping up their search at a Douglas Road home. They have left the rural residence with evidence connected to the disappearance of Melissa Dawn Peacock.

Sgt. Brigdit Leger with Nova Scotia RCMP says, "I can confirm items seized from the residence will be sent for further analysis".

Melissa Peacock was last seen leaving her apartment in Dartmouth on November 7, 2011. Her cell phone signal was traced to Gore, less than 20 kilometers from the property being searched.

Since Thursday, neighbours say there has been a lot of traffic on the typically quiet street. Those who live on Douglas Road have had minimal contact with the man who owns the property.

Leger adds, "We are looking at all possibilities. It's only based on the fact that no one has heard from Melissa since November 7 and that she hasn't been in touch with her family and friends that we are considering the possibility she may have met with foul play."

RCMP say the search is complete at the home, but the matter is still under investigation.
