Sean Mott
Sean Mott is a digital coordinator for CTV Atlantic based in Halifax, N.S.
Sean, who grew up outside Halifax, graduated from the University of King’s College with a Bachelor of Journalism degree.
After graduation, Sean moved to Saskatchewan to work with the newspaper Yorkton This Week. After a stint in Kelowna, B.C. with Infonews.ca, he moved back east to work with the Telegraph-Journal in Saint John for four years, specializing in breaking news, crime, arts, business, and politics.
Sean joined CTV Atlantic in 2023 as a digital coordinator. He’s excited to continue reporting on issues that affect Maritimers.
When he’s not working, Sean enjoys reading, drawing, walking, swimming, whittling, and watching movies.
