HALIFAX -- Three men are facing charges after police seized drugs and weapons from two motel rooms in Brookfield, N.S. on Friday.
Colchester County RCMP and Truro police searched two motel rooms in Brookfield on Nov. 20.
Police seized a firearm, ammunition, cash, drugs and drug paraphernalia.
The three men were released from custody on conditions and scheduled to appear in Truro Provincial Court on Feb. 24, 2021, to face charges including Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm and Ammunition, and Unsafe Storage of a Firearm.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
