Three people arrested after weapons, ammo seized in Carters Point, N.B.

Three people have been arrested after multiple weapons were seized from a home in Carters Point, N.B.

Police say they executed a search warrant at the home on Friday, and found and seized multiple weapons including:

  •  a tactical shotgun with a large clip attached
  •  components for a .223 rifle taped in a box
  •  a mag speed loader
  •  collapsible rifle buttstock and mag well
  •  three magazines full of .223 ammunition
  •  magazine clip loaded with 9mm ammunition
  •  a rifle barrel
  •  black conceal carry-style holster

Police also found and seized multiple different types of ammunition, including:

  •  199 x 9mm rounds
  •  200 x .223 rounds
  •  13 shotgun rounds
  •  1 x 30-06 round

Officers arrested two men, 41 and 48-years-old, as well as a 33-year-old woman for multiple weapon-related offences.

All three were released on undertakings, and are set to reappear in court on Feb. 25.
