Two drivers have been arrested for impaired driving after a collision between an SUV and ATV on Saturday night.
RCMP say the collision occurred near the 1200 block of Terence Bay Road around 11:20 p.m. An ATV was being driven illegally on the road and collided with a white SUV trying to make a turn into a driveway.
RCMP say the 54-year-old female driver of the SUV was taken to Tantallon RCMP offices where breath samples determined she was over the legal limit.
The 32-year-old male ATV driver from Williamswood, N.S. was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries, despite wearing a helmet at the time. RCMP say the driver was later arrested for impaired driving and his blood was seized for further analysis.
