Cape Breton's Wagmatcook First Nation is once again demanding to see an interim report into a fatal shooting involving an R-C-M-P officer.

John Simon was shot and killed in his Wagmatcook home on December 2nd, 2008 after Constable Jeremy Frenette entered the residence.

Simon's family and the reserve say they have yet to see a report by the R-C-M-P Public Complaints Commission that was given to the force's commissioner in December.

Simon's widow, Patsy MacKay, says she finds it frustrating that no one has accepted responsibility or owned up to what happened.
