Gluten-free dough ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese (powder)
  • 1 cup warm water

Directions:

  1. Place your pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 500 degrees.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine; once the dough has come together turn out onto a floured surface and knead five or six times to form a smooth dough.
  3. Place the dough into a clean bowl and cover with Saran wrap. Let rest for five minutes.
  4. When ready, turn the dough out onto a floured board and use the rolling pin, or your hands, to shape.
  5. Add your favorite toppings.
  6. Carefully transfer the pizza to your hot pizza stone and bake for 9 minutes.

Homemade Pizza Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 28 oz can of fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp fennel
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Place all the ingredients in a blender and whiz to combine
