Gluten-free dough ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups gluten-free flour
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese (powder)
- 1 cup warm water
Directions:
- Place your pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 500 degrees.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine; once the dough has come together turn out onto a floured surface and knead five or six times to form a smooth dough.
- Place the dough into a clean bowl and cover with Saran wrap. Let rest for five minutes.
- When ready, turn the dough out onto a floured board and use the rolling pin, or your hands, to shape.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Carefully transfer the pizza to your hot pizza stone and bake for 9 minutes.
Homemade Pizza Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 28 oz can of fire-roasted tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp fennel
- 1 tbsp sugar
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whiz to combine
