Watermelon and Feta Salad


2 cups cubed watermelon

½ English Cucumber, sliced

200 grams feta

1 ounce olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp cracked Pepper

3-4 basil chiffonade


  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Toss gently and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
