Southern Creole Mini Potatoes with Cajun BBQ Chicken Thighs - with WP Griffin

Serves 2


  1. Place the Southern Creole Mini Potatoes Cuisine in the microwave for 6 minutes.
  2. Let rest for 2 minutes and then carefully remove the film.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and add butter and the seasoning package.

Cajun Chicken Thighs Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs, skin on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning


  1. In a medium size bowl, drizzle the chicken with olive oil and toss until well coated.
  2. Incorporate the Cajun seasoning and grill on your BBQ on high.
  3. Keep rotating on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
