Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Halifax woman who is about six months pregnant.
Patricia Angela Mahaney, 24, was last seen leaving the Dartmouth General Hospital on Jan. 30.
Police say she has not been in contact with friends or family since then, which is out of character for the young woman.
Mahaney is described as a white woman with long, brown hair. She is five-foot-four and 110 pounds.
Police say there is no evidence Mahaney has met with foul play, but they are concerned for her well-being.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact police.
