Lamb Burger with Kombucha Mayo

Makes 4 burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground lamb
  • 2 tbsp Mary Had a Lot of Lamb Big Cove seasoning
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Directions:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, incorporate the ground lamb and seasoning.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and green onions.
  3. Form four patties, approximately 4 oz each.
  4. Place on a plate and refrigerate.
  5. Remove from fridge and lightly dredge in flour.
  6. Using a cast iron pan, melt one tablespoon of butter and start frying your burger for approximately 4 to 5 minutes, until crispy on each side. Or grill on BBQ.
  7. Grill the bun and top with burger patty, spinach, a slice of red onion, and two slices of cucumber.
  8. Finish with cucumber Ginger Lemon Alive Kombucha may (recipe below).

Cucumber Ginger Lemon Alive Kombucha Mayo Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tsp Mary Had a Lot of Lamb Big Cove seasoning
  • ¼ cup Ginger Lemon Alive Kombucha
  • ¼ cup grated cucumber

Directions:

  1. Combine and refrigerate.
