Fruit Explosion Power Smoothie Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cups 2% evaporated milk (we used Dairy Isle Evaporated Milk)
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cups crushed Ice
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

Directions:

  1. In a blender, add ice, evaporated milk, protein powder, bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple juice and chia seeds.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into four glasses and garnish with a strawberry and extra chia seeds.
