Firefighters in Halifax were called to a house fire Saturday night.
The fire started on the second floor of a vacant home that was under construction on Armshore Drive.
The fire spread to the top floor, but was extinguished in 20 minutes.
Traffic was backed up at the Armdale rotary but has begun moving smoothly again.
Fire crews say there was no one inside at the time and there were no injures.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
