Hi Friends!
Joel Plaskett is one of the Maritimes' most beloved musicians. He has a reputation of being beyond talented and extremely nice. I met him for the first time this week, don’t know what took so long, and I can say he lived up to his reputation! He was fantastic.
He is turning 40 next month and I decided to celebrate his milestone early and surprised him with a cupcake and some candles.
I told Joel that I was turning 30 in October and asked for some advice about getting older and he said listen to my records, because that’s all I’ll need to make it through the next decade of my life. Pretty cool!
