Missing Halifax police Taser found

The Halifax Regional Police has found a Taser that went missing on Monday.

During a foot pursuit on Yorkshire Avenue in Dartmouth, an officer’s Taser fell from its holster, according to a news release from police. Officers searched the area minutes later, but could not find it.

Police say a member of the public picked up the Taser and returned it.
