Share

The Vitalité Health Network’s laboratory services recently received international recognition for its work.

The network earned the ISO 15189 Plus certification, which is recognized around the world. The certification has more than 950 requirements.

“We’re really proud to be globally recognized and we know that we’re already giving high quality, but it just gives us the certification that we really give good results to the province,” said lab manager Christine Contant.

Vitalité’s lab services support cancer treatments, molecular genetics, emergency services, specialized clinics and post-mortem diagnostics.
