A 56-year-old new New Brunswick man is facing sex charges dating back more than 20 years.
RCMP say they arrested the suspect without incident in Esgenoôpetitj First Nation on Wednesday.
Police say the arrest is part of an ongoing investigation into a number of alleged sex crimes that took place between 1977 and 1996. There are three alleged victims in the case.
The man will appear in court Thursday morning.
