MONCTON -- There was a heavy police presence early Thursday evening on Essex Street in Moncton, not far from the city's downtown.
A number of police units, including forensics, were positioned on the street outside an apartment complex and crime scene tape was put up.
RCMP wouldn't say why they were on scene, only that the incident is under investigation.
