Cape Breton Regional Police are looking for a suspect in connection with an armed robbery at a jewelry store in Sydney.
Police were called to London Jewellers on Charlotte Street shortly after 10:30 a.m. Monday.
Police say an armed man fled the store on foot. They are not saying what type of weapon was used or whether anything was taken.
Investigators have released a photo of the suspect, taken from surveillance video, in the hopes of tracking him down.
He is described as being between five-foot-ten inches tall and six-feet-tall with a pale complexion. He was wearing an orange hoodie, beige pants and dark gloves at the time of the incident.
Anyone with information about the robbery or the suspect is asked to contact police.
