HALIFAX - The case of a medical student accused of murdering a fellow Dalhousie University student returns to a Halifax court today.
The preliminary hearing resumes for William Sandeson, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 22-year-old Taylor Samson -- though Samson's body has not been found.
One person testified earlier this month, however, evidence presented during the inquiry is covered by a publication ban.
The charge against Sandeson was laid Aug. 20, four days after Samson was reported missing in Halifax.
Police have said the two men knew each other.
