Police in Saint John say a body found in the city is that of a missing teenager.
Gavin Adams, 17, was last seen in the area of Chesley Drive Saturday evening. He was reported missing on Sunday.
Police launched a search for the missing teen and members found a body just off of Chesley Drive, near the intersection of Hilyard Street, around 5 p.m. Monday.
The body was positively identified as being that of the missing teen.
Police say they do not suspect foul play at this time, but they are waiting for the medical report for confirmation.
They say the Adams family has been notified.
