A 23-year-old woman from Dieppe, N.B., and a 30-year-old man from Halifax were rescued Saturday night after becoming stranded at Cape Split.
Nova Scotia RCMP say the hikers left the main trail to explore Amethyst Cove just before 7 p.m.
