One person has been released from custody and is expected to be charged after two schools in Sussex, New Brunswick were put on lockdown on Friday.
Police say that a 17-year-old male was arrested on Friday after they were called to Sussex High School around noon.
A student told the principal he was approached and threatened by two males, one of them a fellow student.
The high school and nearby middle school were locked down for several hours.
Police are still looking for a second suspect. They will not say whether or not there were any weapons involved.
