Fredericton’s Capital FM 106.9 is reporting the body of a missing 37-year-old Cumberland Bay man has been recovered from Grand Lake, N.B.

Police said Nathan Bizeau was last seen around midnight on Friday.

His wife, Amanda Bizeau, said he was doing some work at a friend’s house, located about a kilometre away, when he decided to leave for home.

But Bizeau said he never showed up.

RCMP Const. Jullie Rogers-Marsh told Capital FM – a BellMedia radio station – that Bizeau’s 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee was found in Grand Lake, off Cumberland Point Road, Sunday evening.

Rogers-Marsh said divers recovered his body from the vehicle Monday morning.

She said it's too early to say whether foul play is suspected, but an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
