A 37-year-old Halifax man is facing charges in connection with a break-in late Monday afternoon.
Police responded to an alarm in the 6100 block of Allan Street shortly after 5 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers noticed the rear door had been kicked in. When they entered the home they found a man inside. He was arrested and taken into custody.
Police say the man will appear in Halifax provincial court to face charges of break and enter and several breaches.
