A judge will decide Friday whether the case of two people accused of killing Loretta Saunders will go to trial.
26-year-old Blake Leggette and his girlfriend 28-year-old Victoria Henneberry are each charged with first degree murder.
The murder is believed to have happened at the apartment Saunders rented to the couple.
The Saint Mary’s University student disappeared in February. Her body was found two weeks later on the side of a highway in Salisbury, New Brunswick.
The judge in the case set aside a week from the last preliminary hearing to decide on a decision before rendering it today.
