A man has been temporarily displaced after a fire Sunday afternoon at a residence in Rivière-Verte, N.B. about 15 kilometres southeast of Edmunston.
It happened around 3:30 p.m.
The man, who requires a wheelchair for mobility, escaped without injury.
The Red Cross has made temporary living arrangements for him and is helping him with emergency necessities.
