HALIFAX -- A vehicle that rolled off a Halifax-area highway started a small brush fire Friday evening.
Police say the single-vehicle crash occurred on Highway 103 near Timberlea around 8 p.m.
Police are also reporting that off-duty paramedics stopped to help the 39-year-old female driver of the car. After 911 was called, the woman, who is from Greenfield, N.S., was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
