A woman who says she was drugged and sexually-assaulted by a Halifax lawyer is back on the stand today.
This is the fourth day the alleged victim has been on the witness stand at the trial of Lyle Howe.
Testimony yesterday focused on surveillance video from the apartment building where the woman lived, including text messages she sent following the night in question, and statements made at the preliminary hearing.
Howe has pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual assault and administering a stupefying drug.
