The Canadian Mental Health Association has moved from its Dartmouth offices to Gottingen Street in Halifax.

The association celebrated the move with a small party Thursday night.

The organization is also preparing for its next fundraiser, an art pop-up sale, which will begin starting in October.

“We have blank tiles that we give out. You do all the painting on it and give it back to us, and we sell them for $25 at the event,” explains Catherine Giffen. “All the money stays right here in Halifax and Dartmouth. It’s staying right here so that we can further provide services to everyone here.”

The fundraiser will be held at the Craig Galley in Alderney Landing.
