Lemon Pepper Dry Rub For Wings
Ingredients:
- 4 lemons
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300F
- Wash and dry lemons.
- Using small side of cheese grater, zest lemons. Ensure to only take off the yellow part.
- Evenly spread-out lemon zest on small baking sheet.
- Place in oven and let bake for approximately 15 minutes. Be careful not to brown lemon zest.
- Once zest is crispy, remove from oven and let cool.
- Once cooled, place into small mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir.
- Place in shaker.
