No Bake Energy Bites
1 cup old fashioned oats
½ cup peanut butter, reduced fat
½ cup wheat germ
¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
Putting it all together
1. In a medium bowl, stir all ingredients together.
2. Set in refrigerator and let chill for ½ hour.
3. Once chilled, roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
4. Store in an airtight container; keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.

Here is a great snack to pack in a lunch, to have after a workout, or just grab as a quick snack.
Feel free to add or substitute ingredients as you like. Chopped dates would taste great; you could use ground flax in replace of the wheat germ if you have that on hand instead.
I love that this is quick and easy to make and your kids will love helping out and gobbling them up too!
