SYDNEY, N.S. - A Cape Breton man is facing charges in an alleged stabbing that left another man with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say Dale Thomas Lawrence was arrested Monday in the Sydney area.
He is facing charges of aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and breaching a court order.
Police say they received a report of a stabbing early Saturday outside a home in the Carroll Crescent area.
They say the men know each other.
Police say the 24-year-old victim was in stable condition in hospital.
