Police say a missing Halifax woman has been found safe and sound.
Yesterday, investigators asked the public for help in locating 24-year-old Patricia Angela Mahaney, who is about six months pregnant.
Mahaney lost contact with friends and family after leaving the Dartmouth General Hospital on Jan. 30 and police had expressed concern for her well-being.
Today, police released a statement saying Mahaney had been found unharmed in Halifax Tuesday afternoon.
