A Moncton man charged with child pornography has been denied bail.

Jeffrey Adam Amos, 32, was charged with two counts of making child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography in Moncton provincial court last week.

Amos has also been charged with two counts of voyeurism.

The charges are connected with alleged incidents at a residential daycare operated by his wife on Frampton Lane. The incidents are alleged to have started in February 2012.

Police started investigating Amos in October after receiving a complaint and seized computers and data storage equipment as part of the investigation.

Police say they have identified two alleged victims and have notified the families of children who attended the daycare in the past year.

There’s a publication ban on all evidence submitted during today’s hearing.

Amos is due back in court Friday for election and plea.
