New Brunswick Crime Stoppers has released new photos of the pair charged in what the RCMP are calling an 'extremely violent' murder in Moncton.
A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Marissa Shephard, 20, and Tyler Noel, 18, who are charged with first-degree murder and arson.
The charges were laid after the body of 18-year-old Baylee Wylie was discovered following a house fire in Moncton on Dec. 17.
Shephard is described as a five-foot-five, 100 pound white woman with brown eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo with the name Stephen on her neck and a tattoo of a heart on her chest.
Noel is described as a five-foot-six, 140 pound white man with a brown eyes, black hair, with facial hair and sideburns. He has tattoos on his right forearm with the words mom, dad and Mary, as well as a skull.
A third suspect -- Devin Morningstar, 18 -- appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on Dec. 21 to face first-degree murder and arson charges in connection with the death.
He will remain in custody until his next court appearance on Friday.
Sgt. André Pepin of Codiac Regional RCMP says it is unknown if Shephard and Noel are together, or if they’re in New Brunswick or outside of the province.
Sgt. Pepin says anyone helping the pair evade police can be charged with accessory after the fact to commit first-degree murder.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Shephard and Noel are asked to contact Codiac Regional RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
