FREELAND, P.E.I. -- RCMP on Prince Edward Edward Island have named the victim of a fatal accident involving a tractor.
Police say 78-year-old Foster Leroy Wagner of Freeland, P.E.I., died Wednesday as he was landscaping on Oatway Road.
They say the tractor he was operating rolled over, pinning him underneath.
The Mounties say an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
