HALIFAX -- Police are searching for a suspect following a stabbing at a downtown Halifax bar.
Officers responded to a report of a man who was bleeding outside the Toothy Moose on Argyle Street around 1 a.m. Sunday.
Police say they later confirmed the man had been stabbed inside the bar by an unidentified suspect.
A man was arrested inside the bar who was believed to have been involved in the incident, however police say they are searching for the suspect.
The bar was shut down by investigators for processing by the forensic identification section.
Police have released no other details, including the condition of the victim.
