SYDNEY, N.S. -- Police have charged two youths from Glace Bay, N.S., after a threat was made against the Mayflower Mall in Sydney last month.
Cape Breton Regional Police say an employee discovered a note on Dec. 28 alleging there were people with weapons inside the mall.
The building was cleared by police but they couldn't find any evidence that there was a threat to public safety.
A boy and a girl, both aged 16, have each been charged with conveying a false message.
