Halifax Regional Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Dartmouth man.
Matthew Travis Carr, 37, was last seen leaving the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday. Police say he never arrived at his home on Jackson Road.
He was reported missing to police on Thursday.
Police say there is no reason to believe Carr has met with foul play, but say he suffers from a medical condition that requires ongoing treatment and medication.
Carr is described as a white man with light brown hair and blue eyes. He is five-foot-nine and weighs 150 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a grey sweater with “staff” written in red letters on the back, as well as black jeans and black sneakers.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
