A man is dead after his vehicle struck a moose in northeastern New Brunswick Friday evening.
The RCMP responded to the collision on Madisco Road in Free Grant shortly before 11 p.m.
They say the driver, a 52-year-old Free Grant man, died from his injuries.
Police say speed and alcohol may also have been factors in the collision.
The incident remains under investigation.
