Two people have been found dead inside a home in Port Hood, N.S.

RCMP say the bodies were found around noon Thursday in a home along East Street.

The deceased are a man and woman.

A neighbour tells CTV News the two people found dead inside this Port Hood home were mother and son.

The Mounties say investigators are waiting for the results of an autopsy before releasing more information, but say this is considered a “sudden-death” investigation.
