Salmon Sliders

Ingredients:

2 can skinless, boneless salmon

1 small sweet onion

2 Tbsp curry paste (I used a butter chicken flavour)

1 Tbsp ginger

½ cup cilantro

Squeeze lemon

 

Putting it all together

1. In food processor combine all ingredients and pulse until well mixed.

2. Form into ¼ cup sliders and fry in a non-stick pan for 3 minutes per side.

3. Serve on a whole grain bun with your favourite toppings.

These could also be served as a ‘fish cake’ or a wrap filling. You can freeze them and pull them out for a quick supper. Enjoy!
