All three remain in police custody and will appear in Moncton provincial court Wednesday afternoon.
Noel and Marissa Shephard, 20, are charged with first-degree murder and arson in connection with the death of Wylie. Police believe Shephard is still at large.
Wylie's body was discovered by firefighters following a house fire on Sumac Street in Moncton on Dec. 17.
Days after the fire, charges of first-degree murder and arson were laid against 18-year-old Devin Morningstar.
Shephard is described as a 5’5”, 100 pound white woman with brown eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo with the name Stephen on her neck and a tattoo of a crown on her chest.
